Shipping & Packaging for the ROM/FX Classic/Pro Kits...
Special Delivery: Shipping & Packaging within the UK, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey costs £9.50 and is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is the safest way and is fully insured and once sent is guaranteed to arrive the next day before 1:00pm.
AirSure: Shipping & Packaging outside of the UK via Royal Mail AirSure to the following countries costs £14.50 - Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic, Spain, Spitzbergen, Sweden, Switzerland and USA. The AirSure service is fully insured, trackable and takes approx. 5 to 10 'working' days to arrive.
International Signed-For: Shipping & Packaging outside of the UK to all other counties goes via Royal Mail International Signed-For and costs £12.50. The International Sign-For service is fully insured, non-trackable and takes approx. 5 to 10 'working' days to arrive.
The ROM/FX Sound Board comes with a 1 year warranty. Items from the Parts Shop come with a 60 day warranty. If you have any problems in that time you can return the item for a free repair or replacement, but you must cover the shipping costs. After 1 year for the ROM/FX or 60 days for items from the Parts Shop, there will be a charge to resolve any problems that may arise. If you are not satisfied with an item you can return it for a refund for a period of 10 days after you receive it. A 15% restocking charge applies to returns of non-defective items. Any physical changes made to any item will void this warranty.
